Kwesi Arthur to perform at Legon Cities vs AshantiGold clash

Award-winning Ghanaian rapper, Emmanuel Kwesi Danso Arthur Junior is popularly known as Kwesi Arthur will perform before the kickoff of Legon Cities FC encounter with Ashanti Gold SC.

The Royals will host the Miners at the Accra Sports Stadium in the matchday four fixtures of the Ghana Premier League.

The club are in search of their first win of the ongoing campaign

Arthur is currently considered one of the best young artists in Ghana and Africa.

He was nominated for Best International Act at the 2018 BET Awards.

Already, Management of Legon Cities billed for reigning Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale to perform in their first home game against Asante Kotoko weeks ago.

Wakaso joins Chinese club Jiangsu Suning

Ghanaian midfielder Mubarak Wakaso is on the verge of swapping the Spanish La Liga for the Chinese Super League (CSL) after agreeing personal terms with Jiangsu Suning. Wakaso, 29, was entering into the final year of his three-year deal with Deportivo Alaves, but he will now depart midway through the season after the two clubs reached an agreement. The deal is subject to the 29-year-old passing a medical. Deportivo Alavés in a statement expressed gratitude to Wakaso "for his professionalism and dedication during this time and wished him the best of luck". THE ban on celebrities endorsing alcoholic beverages by Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) has clearly affected a lot of celebrities and one aggrieved personality is comic actor Kwame Dzokoto who says it is the reason why he is no longer in the media. Ghana and the United Kingdom have resolved to deepen the bilateral relations that exist between the two countries, as well as, explore areas of interest that will inure to the mutual benefit of the two countries and their respective populations.
