Multiple award winning Ghanaian reggae/dancehall veteran Emmanuel Andrews Samini known professionally as Samini, is still pushing for the legalization of marijuana "wee" since it has the potentials to uplift the countries economy. In an interview with Odi Ahenkan on "Okay FM" today, Samini suggested that, the government can ban the smoking side of the plant in town or public, that is the use of it as a recreational drug can be banned but the government should allow farmers to grow the plant because it's very good for the countries soil.   The are many other countries making huge income out of marijuana export, it's not just for smoking or recreational purposes but talking about many other uses of the marijuana plant, such as, for making jeans, paper, oil, soap, among other things, he said.  When asked by Odi Ahenkan, whether he will grow marijuana when legalized, the "my own" hit maker replied yes. Award winning Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall artiste Samini, has disclosed to his fans and all music lovers, to expect about 16 songs, maximumly 18 songs on his upcoming Reggae Album. Speaking with Kwame Bee on Kasapa FM, the Reggae Dancehall heavyweight said, he has recorded about 40 songs purposely for the pending Reggae Album and he is to select maximumly 18 songs out of the 40, for the upcoming album. When asked by Kwame Bee, about Ghanaian Reggae musicians who is likely to be on the album, Samini replied, he is looking at working with Ghanaian Reggae Legends like Rocky Dawuni and Black Prophet on the much awaited album. Samini then again said, people shouldn't be surprised if they don't find a single collaboration on the pending album, because the albums focus is solely Samini and with or without a collaboration, he thinks the album is good to go.

Ghanaian dancehall hero Stonebwoy, joins his fellow musicians to thrill fans in Nigeria at the launch of Menzgold and Zylofon Media in Nigeria, scheduled for 24th August, 2018. Stonebwoy, took to his instagram page to exhibit how prepared he is to set Lagos on fire that night. He shares the same stage with top musicians like Olamide, Becca, Phyno, 2baba, Patoranking, among others. Stonebwoy, has been very busy this year with his "Epistles Of Mama World Tour", sharing same stage with top Jamaican musicians. He performed alongside Damian Marley, Bounty Killer and others at the just ended ReggaeSumfest which took place in Jamaica.

The duo together thrilled patrons at the event, as they performed their hit collaboration dubbed "Suit and Tie" in Stonebwoy's "Epistles Of Mama" album.
