Trump praises Nigerian-born artist who drew his portrait

A ballpoint portrait of Donald Trump which was drawn by a Nigerian boy has gotten the attention of the United States President who reacted via Twitter.

The Nigerian Twitter user @Doks_Art said the ballpoint portrait of the US President took 70 hours. He also disclosed that it was his second portrait of the US President.

He tweeted: “This is my second portrait of President Trump. This time I really want him to see it. All done in ballpoint, took up to 70 hours, ’24×21′ inches. Please RT till the president sees this”.

President Donald Trump who reacted to the tweet which went viral described @Doks_Art as a wonderful artist and further told him not to give up on his dream.

He tweeted: “Not only did I see it @Doks_Art, I think it is fantastic. You are a wonderful artist, never give up your dream!”

THE ban on celebrities endorsing alcoholic beverages by Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) has clearly affected a lot of celebrities and one aggrieved personality is comic actor Kwame Dzokoto who says it is the reason why he is no longer in the media. According to Kwame Dzokoto, who has advertised alcoholic beverages in the past and was the host of popular show, Edziban on TV3, the decision is biting hard but there is no one to speak for them. “I decided to leave the media since no one is speaking for us. Wakaso joins Chinese club Jiangsu Suning

Ghanaian midfielder Mubarak Wakaso is on the verge of swapping the Spanish La Liga for the Chinese Super League (CSL) after agreeing personal terms with Jiangsu Suning. Wakaso, 29, was entering into the final year of his three-year deal with Deportivo Alaves, but he will now depart midway through the season after the two clubs reached an agreement. The deal is subject to the 29-year-old passing a medical. Ghana, United Kingdom pledge to strengthen ties of co-operation

Ghana and the United Kingdom have resolved to deepen the bilateral relations that exist between the two countries, as well as, explore areas of interest that will inure to the mutual benefit of the two countries and their respective populations.
